So last Saturday I (and my twin) turned 22! So I thought I would write down some of my thoughts on being my new age.

Ever since I was little, I couldn’t wait to be older! This has been the story of my life! I’ve never been satisfied with my age, always felt too young. Especially these past couple years, getting married and all. I can’t tell you how many times people have freaked out when I have mentioned I have a husband because they thought I was still in high school! Talk about embarrassing! And it sure doesn’t help that I completely blend in with my high school ladies! Anywho…I feel like sort of an old soul in a youngster body. Maybe that explains my love for the elderly?

In this 22nd year of my life I would like to just embrace my age and where I’m at in life; not just fantasize about being older. Because of this, I’ve compiled a list of things I’d like to do this year
I’d like to:

-figure out, completely, how to use and design this blog
-finally get a credit card and start building credit
-go on an international mission trip without my hubs
-hang out with and disciple my girls as much as I can
-print all my wedding photos and put them in an album
-enroll in a community college Spanish course
-make a conscious effort to not dress like a high schooler
-do as many fun and crazy things I can and just enjoy being young
